TNM-I Experimental Rice Mill (Precision Rice Mill) is a newly designed and developed laboratory rice mill by Beijing Tongxin Tianbo Technology Development Co., Ltd. It is mainly used for sample hulling and whitening of rice precision rate testing.
2、 Detailed explanation
The experimental rice mill consists of a rice milling system and a vacuum bran powder collection system. By using continuous rice milling separation technology, after the experiment is completed, automatic refined rice discharge, automatic bran powder separation, and automatic bran powder vacuum collection functions are implemented to improve the sensory inspection of refined rice.
The instrument adopts a sand roller rotating grinding method, which easily removes the skin and germ layers of the dehulled brown rice, resulting in a higher whitening rate, less broken rice, and automatic collection advantages.
The equipment meets the relevant technical indicators requirements of GB/T21499-2008 "Determination of Potential Rice Yield for Rice, Paddy and Brown Rice" and GB/T21719-2008 "Method for Testing Whole Rice Yield for Rice"
